The contract of sale:
By making a purchase with us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
It is your own responsibility to ensure that you are fully aware of all of these terms and conditions when making a purchase with Lotus Peptide.
You must be over 18 years of age to purchase.
Lotus Peptide peptide products are not meant for human consumption, they are sold for IN VITRO research purposes only.
Lotus Peptide does not recommend human or animal use for the products sold on our store; the products on our store are not approved or sold for human or animal use and should be considered dangerous.
These terms and conditions can be altered at any time, so you should read them every time you make a purchase on this website.
On occasion, an item may be mispriced. If you purchase a mispriced item, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and relist the product at the correct price.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time prior to delivery, for any reason. Our initial order status, 'Processing' does not mean that a contract of sale is in place. This only means that the order has been successfully received into our system. Further, we reserve the right to degrade the order status from 'Processing' to 'Canceled' should our order become unacceptable for any reason.
The contract made between us through any transaction is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom using only the English language.
Returns:
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
Store Credit and points:
Store credit: Your wallet content cannot be used anywhere else other than on LotusPeptide.com and cannot be withdrawn to an alternate wallet or banking institution.
Store Reviews: Any credit and points earned will be reversed in the result of a return from that order only.
Trust Pilot Reviews: Any credit earned will be honoured.
Google Reviews: Any credit earned will be honoured.
Payment deadline:
The deadline for payments is 15:00 Monday to Friday, please note that bank transfers can take 2 hours to complete, only orders with cleared payments by 15:00 will be processed that same day. If your payment arrives later than 15:00 then the order will be processed on the next working day; however we will try to get late orders processed in time for the 17:00 collection on the same day where possible but this is not guaranteed.
Although we endeavour to strictly adhere to this delivery estimate, during extremely busy periods it may not be possible to meet these deadlines. In these cases, you will be notified by email. Should this happen, you have the right to either continue with the order or cancel it.
UK Delivery:
Our UK standard delivery rate is over 93% likely to be delivered next day (Monday - Friday).
UK Special Delivery service is guaranteed next working day by 1pm (Monday - Friday).
International deliveries:
Europe: 5 - 21 days. (Monday - Friday) (Average 7 days)
ROW: 7 - 21 days. (Monday - Friday) (Average 10 days)
If there are any problems with the delivery itself or the delivery timescale, we may also offer you some form of compensation for the delay. This is generally in the form of a postage refund. If the postage was free, we may offer you store credit for your next purchase. Please note that it must first be confirmed with the delivery service to see if a delivery was late before any such action can be taken.
Lost deliveries:
Lotus Peptide uses Royal Mail for all of our deliveries for reasons of reliability and convenience. Unfortunately, as with all delivery services, there are very rare circumstances where parcels do not arrive in the agreed timescale or they are lost completely. Under these circumstances, we endeavour to ensure that the item is delivered to you as soon as possible by contacting the delivery service and attempting to locate your parcel and have it delivered. You may also contact the delivery service yourself with the tracking number supplied to you in your despatch email. In the case of lost items, we cannot refund orders or send out a replacement until the delivery is confirmed to be lost.
This must be confirmed by the delivery service themselves, and the time periods at which items can be confirmed lost depends on the delivery service used, and are detailed as follows:
- Royal Mail First Class Signed Deliveries - 14 working days to confirm a lost parcel
- Royal Mail International Delivery - 21 working days to confirm a lost parcel
Please note that Lotus Peptide cannot refund orders or send a replacement until it has been confirmed that the parcel is actually lost. This is because, in almost every case of a delayed parcel, the item will be delivered within the above timescales.
Customs:
For orders placed outside of the EU customs charges may be applicable. Lotus Peptide is not responsible for these charges.
Any parcels refused entry by your country's border control that are returned to us will have the cost of the product only refunded.
Please ensure that the product you have ordered is not a controlled substance in your country, in these cases parcels can be destroyed.
Proof of delivery:
Please note that in a multiple occupation building, anyone in the building is allowed to sign the parcel to confirm its receipt. Royal Mail consider an item as delivered once a signature at the designated address is achieved. It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient is at the delivery address or to obtain the delivered parcel from the signatory.
If an item is returned to us undelivered because it was not collected or received by the recipient, we offer to re-despatch your order one time at no extra charge. If it is undelivered again, we reserve the right to charge delivery charges for subsequent deliveries. If a delivery is failed, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the local sorting office to organise a redelivery or collection.
When receiving your order you should inspect the packaging to ensure that it has not been tampered with in any way. If it does appear to be tampered with, you should refuse delivery. If the delivery is accepted and signed for, you will have entered into a contract to accept the item in its delivered state and, as such, we cannot assume liability for any subsequent issues surrounding loss or damage.
Prices:
We do not have control over prices listed on external sites, including Google cached listings, shopping feeds or any other site. We are not obliged to provide products for any price which is listed on an external site. We do not have control of the rate at which search engines crawl our site, and therefore the information in the search results may not be indicative of up to date prices.
Returns and the cooling off period:
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Lotus Peptide will replace or refund any product that does not conform to the standards stated in the product specification in effect at the time of the purchase.
Only un-mixed peptides, un-opened containers and bottles can be refunded, this must take place within 14 days from the delivery date due to the nature of the product.
Refunds are processed as promptly as possible. Returns volume is unpredictable in seasonal periods, most refunds are processed on the day of receipt, but please allow up to a maximum 14 days for the refund to be complete.
If a visual defect is found with the item(s) on arrival (out of the box), you must notify us within 48 hours.

When checking out you are automatically subscribed to our news letter mailing list. On occasion we send an update regarding new products and special disount codes, at the bottom of the email there is the option to unsubscribe from our news letter.

Lotus Peptide only stores necessary information required to make a purchase.
Email:
We store your email to keep you updated regarding the status of your payment, order, returns, newsletter (when signed up) and general customer service.
Telephone Number:
This is used in case of an issue that needs dealing with urgently and SMS updateds regarding the status of your order.
Address:
This is used to deliver your order. If a seperate billing address is required this will only be used for the payment.
Your payment information is NOT sent, VISIBLE or STORED by us.
Lotus Peptide does not sell or lease any of your personal information. All information left with Lotus Peptide is entirely confidential.
You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter in the checkout and this information is not used for any purpose other than special offers and new product releases.

DATA Deletion:
If you wish to delete your information you can do so by logging into your account and requesting for the account and information we hold to be permanantly removed in your account settings.
